Where this piece falls apart is the anatomy and the basic structure of the form. The arm and hand are especially poorly constructed in relation to the rest of the body. The foreshortening of the forearm isn't working. The construction of the upper arm is also off.
The helmet looks really cool, except I don't think the figure would be able to see out at all. The eye slits are far too low.
The chest and abdomen look good, but what's the weird highlight on the left side? Did you mess up and try to cover it up, or was it intentional? It's very strange.
Oh... and those nipples are friggin' huge.
